By continuing to be employed by Unreasonable, you agree to comply with the most current version of the Guidebook. This Guidebook was last updated on December 15, 2025. Do note: When any new policies are added, we will approach each policy with an observation period to see how it is applied in practice before refining and finalizing each policy to best meet its intended purpose.

We constructed this Employee Guidebook (the “Guidebook”) to highlight and inform key information all employees need to know about Unreasonable Alchemy, LLC and its affiliates (collectively “Unreasonable” or “Company”) regarding our values and policies, our traditions, as well as our benefits and expectations of you, the team, and the organization itself. The purpose of this Guidebook is to outline the leading principles and behaviors that Unreasonable expects all employees acting on behalf of the Company to follow. Ultimately, it is our hope that you agree this Guidebook is grounded in our values and captures the traditions and habits that we collectively and individually strive to live by at Unreasonable.

Our principles are designed to guide all strategic decisions (big and small) that we make as a company. We acknowledge that as with such constructs, our principles can be open to interpretation. This is why, for teammates, we have outlined guiding questions that you can turn to in moments of uncertainty to explore whether or not you are embodying a principle and question how the business might better operate according to each principle.
